The problem

Where the hours actually go.

You didn't start a business to do admin. But somewhere along the way, that's what the days became: answering what could be answered automatically, chasing what could chase itself, retyping what a machine reads better.

You hired. You bought tools. You worked later. The busywork didn't shrink — it just changed desks. Meanwhile, the operators you compete with have quietly wired this layer of their business to run on its own.

Every inquiry that waits an hour is already someone else's customer.
  • Calls ring out while the team is in the field3–5 leads / wk
  • Quotes go out — then nobody follows up1 in 3 unclosed
  • The inbox decides the day's priorities~1 hr / day
  • Invoices and work orders retyped by hand4–6 hrs / wk
  • Reports written at 9 PM on a SundayYour weekend

The systems

Twelve systems. Built once. Working always.

Each one is a machine we've built and run in production — not a template, not a demo. Start with the one that's bleeding you the most.

SW-01Capture

Instant lead response

Every form, chat, and message answered in seconds — day, night, weekend — before the prospect tries the next company.

SW-02Capture

Missed-call text-back

A call that rings out triggers a text from your number within seconds. The conversation continues instead of dying.

SW-03Revenue

Quote & estimate follow-up

Quotes that went quiet get followed up at the right intervals — and you get a list of exactly who to call.

SW-04Scheduling

Appointments & reminders

Bookings, confirmations, and reminders that send themselves. Fewer no-shows, zero phone tag.

SW-05Reputation

Review engine

Every finished job is followed by a simple review request. Your rating compounds while you work.

SW-06Operations

Inbox triage

Email read, tagged, routed. Urgent things flagged, leads captured, noise filed — before you open your laptop.

SW-07Paperwork

Document & data extraction

Invoices, work orders, applications — key details pulled out and logged as clean rows, never retyped.

SW-08Visibility

Automated reporting

Weekly and monthly summaries assembled from your own data, delivered on schedule to whoever needs them.

SW-09Foundation

Records & CRM upkeep

Duplicates merged, statuses current, every lead and job logged. The quiet system that keeps the other eleven honest.

SW-10Revenue

Invoice & payment chase

Sent invoices that go quiet get polite, persistent reminders on a schedule — and you see who's overdue before it hurts cash flow.

SW-11Hiring

Applicant speed-to-contact

Every job applicant gets a reply and an interview slot within minutes — before they accept somewhere else. Hiring is a race, too.

SW-12Revenue

Customer reactivation

Past customers who've gone quiet get a well-timed check-in from you. The cheapest booked job you'll ever get.

Who it's for

Built for people who are never at a desk.

Condition ACare duty

Home health & home care

Referrals go to whoever answers first. These systems respond in seconds, pull intake details out of the paperwork, and keep every referral logged while your team stays with clients.

Condition BMulti-load

Property managers

Tenants, owners, vendors — three audiences, one inbox. Inquiries answered, maintenance routed by urgency, owner reports assembled on schedule.

Condition CLean crew

Lean operators

Small team, real volume, no patience for enterprise software. You want the busywork gone and one person accountable for it.

The point of all this

So the evenings belong to you again.

The people we build for still love the work itself. What wears them down is the chasing, the retyping, and the reminding. Our systems take that shift — the night shift, the weekend shift, the in-between shift — and every morning you wake up to a business that kept moving without costing you your rest.

Proof of work

Built, shipped, and still running.

A few recent builds from real client work, in production today.

BuildSW-01 · Capture

Dual-flow storefront

A medical equipment retailer with two kinds of products: priced ones go straight to checkout, quote-only ones open a WhatsApp conversation in one tap.

Every product page now ends in an action, never a dead end.
BuildSW-08 · Visibility

Reports that send themselves

Operational reports for a workforce platform, assembled from live data and rendered into clean branded PDFs on schedule, with no hand-copying in between.

A recurring evening job became a system that runs on its own.
BuildSW-02 · Capture

Instant WhatsApp routing

A lead capture flow that takes a visitor from interest to an open WhatsApp thread in a single step, so the conversation starts while the interest is still warm.

No form sits unread. The reply is the first impression.
Client names withheld out of respect for their privacy. References available on request. See a sample survey report (PDF) →

What you won't get from us.

Knowing what we're not saves both of us time.

Not a SaaS subscription

No login to a platform with 40 unused features. We build custom systems on the tools you already run — and you own them.

Not an agency with layers

No account managers, no handoffs. The person who scopes your system is the person who builds it and answers when you write.

Not set-and-forget

Automation that fails silently is worse than no automation. Every system we ship is monitored daily, and you see the numbers monthly.

Not for everyone

If a system won't clearly pay for itself in your business, we'll tell you before you spend a dollar. The free survey exists to find that out.

Fair questions

Straight answers.

What does it cost?

+
Every build is priced after the survey, because the price should match the size of the leak. As a rule of thumb: one system is a one-time build fee plus a small monthly fee for daily monitoring. If the numbers do not clearly work in your favour, we tell you that before you spend anything.

How long until it's live?

+
The first system is usually live within weeks, not months. We build one system at a time, so each one is watched properly from its first day in production.

Will I need to change my tools?

+
No. We build on what you already run: your phone number, your inbox, your calendar, your CRM. You keep working the way you work now, just with fewer chores in the day.

What happens when something breaks?

+
We find out before you do. Every system is checked daily by the person who built it, and your monthly report shows exactly what ran, what it caught, and what it earned.

Do I need to be technical?

+
Not at all. You describe the problem in plain words, we handle everything technical, and we explain what we built in plain words too.

Who actually owns the systems?

+
You do — literally. Everything runs on accounts in your name, on your existing tools, and you receive full documentation and exports of every system we build. If you ever stop the monthly watch, nothing switches off: the systems keep running, and they stay yours.
